At Photrove, we believe your personal data is yours. We collect only what we need to deliver great products, we're transparent about how we use it, and we never sell your information to third parties. This policy explains what data each part of the Photrove ecosystem collects and how it's handled — in plain language, not legalese.

• •Account information: When you create an account on Photrove+ or Photrove, we store your name, email address, and authentication details.
• •Content you create: In Photrove+, this includes your inventory items, personal management entries, and any data you organize within the app. In Photrove, this includes the photos and albums you upload.
• •Financial entries (Free Budget Tool): The budget tool stores only the manual expense and check-register entries you type in yourself, plus any optional PDF statements you choose to upload. It is not connected to your real bank or financial accounts — there is no automatic account linking or transaction import.
• •Usage and analytics: We collect anonymous analytics about how visitors use our site and apps (pages viewed, device type, general location) to improve our products.
• •Technical data: Standard server logs including IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.

• •To provide and maintain the services you signed up for.
• •To secure your accounts and protect against unauthorized access.
• •To improve our apps based on how they're used and the feedback you share.
• •To send you important account or service notifications (we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it).

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized team members and is logged. The Free Budget Tool's optional PDF uploads are protected behind your login and are not publicly accessible. We regularly review our security practices and follow industry best practices to keep your information safe.

We use minimal cookies and analytics to understand how our site is used. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — it helps us see which pages are popular and fix problems, not track you personally. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we're legally required to retain certain records. Anonymous analytics data may be kept longer in aggregated form.

Photrove+ is an inventory and personal management app. The items, notes, and organizational data you add are stored securely and are visible only to you unless you choose to share them. We don't analyze your personal inventory content for advertising or sell insights derived from it.

Photrove is a photo organization app. Your photos are stored securely and are private to your account. We process image metadata (like dates and locations) only to help you organize your library — never to build advertising profiles.

The Free Budget Tool is a manual check register and expense tracker. It does not connect to your bank or import transactions automatically. Any financial figures shown are ones you entered by hand. Optional PDF statement uploads are stored privately behind your login and are never shared. We do not access, store, or transmit your real banking credentials.

We rely on trusted infrastructure and authentication providers to run our apps. These providers may process limited data (like authentication tokens and server logs) on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal content or financial entries with any third party for their own use.
