Terms of Service

By visiting photrove.com or using any app in the Photrove ecosystem (Photrove+, Photrove, and the Free Budget Tool), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use our site or apps. These terms apply to all visitors and registered users.

• •You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• •You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• •You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission.
• •Notify us immediately at sean@photrove.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

• •Use our apps only for lawful purposes and as they're intended.
• •Don't attempt to access data that isn't yours, reverse-engineer the apps, or disrupt our services.
• •Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains malware.
• •Don't use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems.

Photrove+ is a subscription-based inventory and personal management app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the items and data you enter. Your subscription grants you access to the premium features active during your plan. We may update or change features with reasonable notice, and your subscription continues under the then-current terms.

Photrove is a community-focused photo organization tool. You retain ownership of your photos. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your photos within your account for the purpose of providing the service. Don't upload photos you don't have the rights to.

The Free Budget Tool is a manual check register and expense tracker. It is not connected to your bank and does not import real transactions. Any financial figures are ones you entered yourself. The tool is provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice or official accounting records.

The Photrove name, logo, app designs, and software are owned by Photrove LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create in the apps remains yours. We respect the intellectual property of others and expect you to do the same.

Our site and apps are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep them reliable and secure, we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. You use them at your own risk. The Free Budget Tool is not a financial advisory service and makes no guarantee about the accuracy of your manually entered data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photrove LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or apps. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50, whichever is greater).

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on our site. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we believe your activity harms our services or other users. On termination, your right to use the apps ends, though your content may be retained per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Photrove LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
